Loan Eligibility
To apply for federally insured loans and determine eligibility, all students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  This should be submitted online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  The Title IV Code number required on the FAFSA is 003394.  A number of federal loan programs are available to graduate students.  Click here for more detailed information about each loan program.

Scholarships
In addition, scholarships are offered by many private foundations, civic organizations, and other groups.  To identify scholarships that you might qualify for, we recommend using a free scholarship search database such as fastWEB or Sallie Mae.  Scholarships identified through these searches may be more competitive as many of these scholarships are available on a state or national level.

Tuition Reimbursement/Deferment
If you are receiving tuition reimbursement from your employer, you may request your account be placed on graduate deferment before the beginning of each semester.  This will allow payment at the end of the course(s) but no later than 30 days after the last day of the semester.  Tuition deferment is automatic with online registration.  If you do not register online, please fill out the "Graduate Deferment" portion of the your registration form and return it to the Graduate Studies Office.
