PAYMENT

Filling out this form will book you a reservation in the requested course(s) that you have selected, as long as space is available. Once submitted, a Sovereign Center representative will contact you regarding payment options and information to ensure confidentiality and address special requests. Cancellation Policy: Participants who fail to attend and have not cancelled 48 hours prior to a program will be charged the full program fee. Participants will be charged a 3% fee for seminars cancelled within 7 working days of event. There is no additional charge for substitutions.
