BECOMING A CLIENT
In order to become a client of the Small Business Development Center, your business or business idea must :
1) Meet the SBA qualifications to be considered a small business
2) Must complete a Request for Counseling Form.
To see if your business meets the first requirement, you can either contact our center or scroll down to the definition of a small business provided by the Small Business Administration.
To fulfill the second requirement, complete a printable Request for Counseling Form provided by the links below. Either mail of fax this to our center, or contact our center and one can be mailed or faxed to you. At the time, an SBDC consultant will contact you to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment to speak in person.
The following guidelines will help you to determine if your business is a small business:
- Manufacturing – A small manufacturing business employs less than 500 people.
- Retail/Service – A small retail/service business employs less than 100 people.
