Low Ropes Leadership Program

This team building program is a refreshing and active way to integrate the concepts of leadership, team commitment, responsibility, and problem solving into a challenging and unique outdoor program. The course presents a series of mental challenges with some physical effort which require active participation of all team members to solve. Through the metaphors presented by the course elements, people apply what they learn and carry it back to professional employment environments. Put a day aside to learn and play.

Emotional Intelligence: Assessing your EQ

The audience for this session can be anyone wishing to become more familiar with the competencies making up emotional intelligence. This interactive, facilitated session will explore the four key components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management- and what they mean to achieving success in the workplace. We will demonstrate how emotional intelligence is a must for leaders and how failure to master it will be a major obstacle to success. Each attendee will be given an EI assessment and will be de-briefed on the results.
