Victims’ Rights Rally Wilkes University and Victim Resource Center VRC staff and volunteers regularly organize community events, such as Take Back the Night vigils, the Clothesline Project and Candlelight Vigil to demonstrate support for victims of crime and bring attention to these issues with the community at large.
