Programs

The programs we offer are based on the information we gather on the needs and… demands of the group. Some groups may have different challenges and different elements while other groups may have similar challenges and elements. Our goal is to base the program around the group and make it group specific every time. Even though the types of elements may change the general agenda is the same.

For example, each group will begin with ice breakers. If the group is taking part in the low ropes course, the low elements will follow the ice breakers with a debriefing at the end of each element. A final debriefing and evaluation will take place after everyone has completed all the elements. If a group is doing a mixture of low ropes and the Rockwall, some will be doing low ropes activities while some are climbing the wall. After each activity a debriefing will occur, and a final debriefing and evaluation will happen at the end of the session. A high ropes course is run similar to the low ropes. The group will complete all the assigned high ropes elements, and a final debriefing and evaluation will occur at the end.

The activities are not timed. Each group is different, and some groups may take more time than others therefore the times listed are merely used as a guide. Also, it gives participants an idea of how their day is laid out at the Step Up Ropes Course and Rockwall.

*All participants must wear closed toe athletic shoes and comfortable clothing.*
