Effective March 21, 2013. Wilkes University will be accepting VISA credit cards for payments of tuition and related fees. VISA may be used for the TouchNet payment plans as well as for making one-time payments.

Payment via credit cards including VISA will be assessed a 2.75% non-refundable convenience fee by the credit card processor based on the amount charged. This convenience fee will be added to your total credit card payment.

All credit card payments will only be accepted via the Wilkes webpage:

Other payment options including cash, checks and electronic funds transfer (EFT) will continue to be offered with no additional processing costs. For EFT payment instructions, please contact the Controller’s Office at 570-408-4654.

Payments may be made by check or cash in person at the Student Services Center desk located in the UCOM building at 169 South Main Street, Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
