Reminder: P3's: Cap & Gown InformationDear P3’s: Please print and fill out the two attachments and return to the Dean’s Office, SLC 115, no later than March 22nd. Cap Size: You can use this chart when measuring your cap size with a standard measuring tape. Ex-Small 6 ¼ , 6 3/8 (standard measuring tape 20 – 20 ½ “) Small 6 ½, 6 5/8, 6 ¾ (standard measuring tape 20 ½ - 21 ¼”) Medium 6 7/8, 7, 7 1/8, 7 ¼ (standard measuring tape 21 ½ - 23”)
Large 7 3/8, 7 ½, 7 5/8 ( standard measuring tape 23 – 24”)
Ex-Large 7 ¾, 7 7/8, 8 1/8 ( standard measuring tape 24 ½ - 25 ¼”)
The main information we need now is:
Cap/gown - Fill out the entire order form. Include/Nesbitt News/CAP_GOWN_ORDERFORM_2013.docx Diploma order: Fill out the first page up to and including your signature. It is not necessary for your advisor to sign the bottom of the page. Nor is it necessary for your advisor to do a graduation audit or fill out the 2nd page.
