Attention pharmacy students:

The Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists (DSHP) would like to invite you to apply for our annual scholarship.  The chosen recipient will receive a $1000 scholarship and a one-year membership to DSHP.  The scholarship will be presented at our annual awards ceremony and banquet in April 2013.  Applications must be received by February 28, 2013.

Requirements for application:

-       Current enrollment in the professional component of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree program at an accredited college of pharmacy.

-       Permanent resident of Delaware OR a registered intern in Delaware.

To apply, please submit the following by February 28, 2013:

-       A completed scholarship application (attached)

-       An official pharmacy school transcript

-       A letter describing your pharmacy goals and financial needs
