The Provost Search Committee is pleased to announce that Dr. Darin Fields will visit campus on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31 for on campus interviews.

All members of the campus community are invited to an open forum with Dr. Fields on Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Henry Student Center Ballroom.

Darin E. Fields serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Faculty and the Sarah B. Cochran Professor of English at Bethany College (WV). He served as Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at Wilkes University from 2003 through 2008. From 1999-2003 he was chair of the Humanities Division at Wilkes.

Dr. Fields received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Arizona. He earned his Master of Arts and PhD in English from the University of Delaware.

Our third candidate will visit the campus on February 11/12. The open forum will be Tuesday, February 12, at 11:00 AM in the Henry Student Center Ballroom. Materials for that visit will be distributed on Thursday, February 7.
