Martial Arts Workout with HAWC
The Health and Wellness Club (HAWC) will be participating in a Martial Arts program consisting of 6 disciplines: boxing, kickboxing/muay thai, taekwondo, capoeira, karate, and jiu jitsu.
No prior experience needed! All fitness levels are welcome!
Workouts take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6:00 am and ending around 7:00 am for the entire spring semester.
Workouts are held in the UCOM.
