Wilkes University students and members of the campus community are invited to join President Patrick Leahy and his family tomorrow for the first Mayor’s Cup March.  At 10:30 a.m., participants will meet at the Wilkes-Barre River Common’s Northampton Street portal, located across from Evans Hall, where they will enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, pastries, muffins and donuts. At 11:15 a.m., the march will begin with President Leahy and The Wilkes Colonel leading the way over the Market Street Bridge to Schmidt Stadium, where the Colonels will face off against the King’s College Monarchs to see which football team will win the Mayor’s Cup. Rain location for the breakfast prior to the march will be the Henry Student Center.
