The Riverfront Parks Committee has just decided to postpone ChalkFest and Hydromania that was scheduled for this Saturday, October 6th (11:00 am-3:00 pm) until next Saturday, October 13th (the rain-date that was set).  The National Weather Service is forecasting a 70% chance of rain on Saturday.
