Continue a Wilkes Family tradition by attending the Family Day picnic. This gives you the opportunity to meet
faculty and staff who have become, or are becoming an important part of your student's life. 

If you are from out-of-town, the Family Day picnic offers a chance to reunite and create a day of special memories.
If you live locally, the Family Day picnic offers the chance to enjoy Wilkes as you have not done before--
through the eyes of a current student.

Saturday Oct. 24, 2009 from 11 AM to 2 PM (rain or shine).

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Register on-line until Monday October 19th or
Register by phone, call 1-800-WILKESU (ext. 4105) by October 19 at 10 PM.
Please leave a message indicating:

-The name of your student.
-If they are a commuter, off-campus or resident student.
-TOTAL number of picnic reservations (excluding your student).

All registration must be completed by October 19 at 10 PM.

How many complimentary picnic tickets (max of 2 tickets per family, not including your Wilkes student)
are needed?
Wilkes Students are free with ID.
How many additional picnic tickets ($10.00 per person) are needed?
(Do not include Wilkes Student in count.)

Make A Difference Day
Sponsored by USA Weekend Magazine, this is an opportunity to participate in community service alongside your Wilkes' student, that benefits the City of Wilkes-Barre Community Garden(directions provided after you have registered). If you would like to take part, please wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes. (Wear your Wilkes gear!) You may stay for the entire event or only a small part

Parking is available at any lot on campus
Shuttle buses will leave from the pick-up spot behind the Henry Student Center every 20 minutes.
