Interested in Meditation and Mindfulness?

College and life in general can be very stressful and cause a great deal of anxiety. We, as students and adults, need to find a healthy way to deal with these things.

A Meditation and Mindfulness Club could help students bring balance to their hectic lives and relieve anxiety. If you are interested in helping to start this club, please email jonathan.wescott@wilkes.edu.
