Buddhist Meditation Sessions Begin Oct. 10
Weekly meditation sessions for anyone wanting to practice sitting and walking meditation
in the style of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh will begin Tuesday, Oct. 10, promptly at 4:45 p.m. in the Kirby Salon on the first floor of Kirby Hall. The sessions run until 5:30 p.m.
No experience is needed. There will be a brief explanation of the practices at the beginning of Tuesday's session. If you can't make it tomorrow, you're welcome to come another week, but in that case please email Associate Professor of Philosophy Linda Paul first for an explanation of the practices so you'll understand what we do (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The sessions are open to anyone who is interested including students, faculty, staff and community members.
