Network Outage Planned
On late Friday evening, July 14, through early Saturday morning, July 15, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., our internet provider, Level 3, will shut down our internet connection to troubleshoot
and fix the issue which recently brought down the internet on the east coast several
times. We anticipate that this will solve the problem and ensure reliable internet
service moving forward.
Also, on Saturday, July 29, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., we plan to upgrade our phone system by moving the phone software off old servers to new ones. This will occur in a 12-hour window, and for the most part, phones will continue to work with short, sporadic periods of downtime.
