Dr. Leslie Patrick is associate professor in the department of history at Bucknell University in Lewisburg. Her scholarly interests focus on the convergence between crime and punishment and early African-American history. She will be speaking at 11 a.m. today in the ballroom of Henry Student Center on “Black History: Needed Now More Than Ever.”
Dr. Richard Waller, emeritus associate professor of history at Bucknell University, is an East African specialist whose work focuses on pastoralists and Maa speakers (Maasai). He will speak from 2:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. today in the Savitz Lounge, 2nd floor of Henry Student Center.
