During the week of October 24th thru October 28th, 2016, there will be modified on-campus delivery and pickup of mail, freight, and print jobs.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, there will be no morning mail route. Departments are encouraged to come pick up their mail on these days, and to bring their outgoing mail for processing.
Most mail will be sorted and ready for pickup by 12:00 pm.
Afternoon freight deliveries will be performed all week, between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. Late-arriving freight will be delivered the following day, with the exception of live, perishable, or HAZMAT freight.
Recipients of live, perishable, or HAZMAT freight will be notified via email or phone immediately when it arrives.
The Wilkes Mail Center will close 30 minutes for lunch daily, anywhere between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
