NeuroTraining and Research Center Open House January 28

Have you ever wanted to learn techniques to be calmer, less stressed and more focused? The new NeuroTraining and Research Center in Room 214 of Breiseth Hall offers services to help Wilkes students, faculty and staff do exactly that – and it’s all free. Stop by the center during its open house from noon to 1 p.m. this Thursday, January 28, and learn more about what is available to the Wilkes community.
Although the center doesn’t offer treatment for diagnosed conditions, its training techniques can benefit anyone. Athletes, performing artists and students suffering from test anxiety are among those who can benefit from techniques taught at the center. Faculty and staff can learn ways to reduce stress and improve their focus.
