Staff Mentoring Program

The University Staff Advisory Committee (USAC) is pleased to announce the implementation of a Staff Mentoring Program. This program will become part of the University’s staff orientation process for all new full time staff members who are hired on or after January 2, 2017.  The Staff Mentoring Program will include a tour of the campus, discussion of Wilkes events, an opportunity to acquaint the new staff member with the Wilkes portal, and much more.

For supervisors, please note that this is a supplement to the supervisor and Human Resources orientation processes. This is a great way for new staff employees to have another friendly face on campus and welcome them to the Wilkes Community. This orientation will be piloted first by the USAC members and then will be open to other staff members to get involved with the process.
