Registrar and Financial Aid Relocating
The offices of the Registrar and Financial Aid, located at 141 S. Main St., are moving
to their new home in Capin Hall, the former home of the history and communication
studies departments, at 165 South Franklin St. The move is happening from November
30-December 2. During the move, students will be able to continue to access service
from the Registrar and Financial Aid at 141 S. Main St. The Bursar’s Office also will
remain open during that time to take payments.
This move is the first step as the Student Services Center is reorganized into separate offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid, and Bursar (Cashier). This reorganization will enhance our service to students creating offices that are more centrally located, providing easy access for students who need to visit them.
On Thursday, December 3, the Registrar’s and Financial Aid offices will re-open in Capin Hall. The Registrar’s Office will be located on the first floor, and the Financial Aid Office will be located on the second floor. Customer Service hours for both of these offices will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Bursar’s Office will remain open at 141 South Main Street to take all payments until their move to 32 W. South Street at the end of December.
