Health & Wellness Club Workout Challenge
The Health and Wellness Club is hosting an eight day workout challenge weekdays at 6 a.m. in the UCOM from Monday, March 23 to Wednesday April 1. We will do insanity workouts the first week and P90X workouts the second week (no weights). Each workout will last 40-50 minutes. Each day you attend you will be entered into a raffle to win a free dry-fit club t-shirt!
