Meditation Sessions Begin Monday
Mindfulness practice and meditation are being touted everywhere as good for physical, mental and emotional health. Join us Monday, January 26th in the Kirby Salon (first floor of Kirby Hall) from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. for some instruction and practice in basic sitting and walking meditation in the Buddhist tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Everyone is welcome. If you have not attended previously, please contact Dr. Linda Paul (email@example.com) for a written description of our practices. Dr. Paul will be happy to answer other questions as well.
