Meditation is like physical exercise. The benefits take a while to become apparent and it doesn’t always feel good. It does have a lot of benefits, though, and it’s often easier to keep it up if you practice with others. If you’re interested, we will be meeting in the Kirby Salon (first floor of Kirby Hall) today, as usual, starting at 4:45 p.m. and finishing at 5:30 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend.
