Engineer, Author, Adjunct Professor
Mr. Kuzawinski is the holder of many patents in the fields of circuit design and electronic circuit packaging. He retired from IBM Corporation’s Microelectronics Division as a program manager responsible for cost effective high performance organic packages, Mr. Kuzawinski is the author of Kuzawinski’s Law (Semicon West 1998/IBM “MicroNews” 1Q99) which describes the relationship between the growth of I/O count on a chip or substrate, with respect to time. Mark also has many publications including juried symposium papers, magazine articles and chapter 15, Plastic Ball Grid Arrays found in the Area Array Interconnection Handbook, edited by Karl Puttlitz and Paul Totta, and published by Kluwer Academic Publishers. He has taught classes at Binghamton University, Wilkes University and Broome Community College as an adjunct instructor.
