Wilkes University Poised To Become National

In an interview published in the September 14 edition of the Times-Leader, Wilkes University President Patrick F. Leahy discusses the reasons why the University will soon be classified a national university. The article explains a university is deemed national if it offers “a full range of undergraduate majors, plus master’s and doctoral programs, and emphasizes faculty research,” according to U.S. News and World Report’s recent college rankings.
