Undergraduate Transfer Information

Wilkes welcomes students from accredited two- and four-year institutions. Transfer students can inquire for a full transcript review and course-by-course evaluation.

Transfer applicants are required to submit the following items:
  • Official high school transcripts
  • Official college transcript(s) from all institutions attended
  • Completed online application
  • Signed Arizona College Disclosure Agreement (provided by Wilkes)

Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (C) from previous schools attended. Courses with a grade of 2.0 or better that are comparable to those in the Wilkes curriculum and are from recognized, accredited institutions will be accepted for transfer.

60 credits of a bachelor’s degree must be taken at a four-year college and no less than 30 of those credits must be completed at Wilkes. In addition, half of the credits in the student’s major must be taken at Wilkes.

Students must also satisfy the University's core requirements.

University policy prohibits the admissions office from knowingly admitting any student who has been dismissed from any other college or university for any reason for a period of one year from the time of dismissal. Students who have been placed on probation by another college or university will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
