Dr. Shaokang Wang is an Assistant Professor of Finance. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from University at Buffalo (SUNY). Prior to joining Wilkes University, he worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at the Fordham University. Dr. Wang's research interest in law and finance, IPO, M&A, and corporate governance.
