Dr. Ference earned his Pharm.D. from Wilkes in 2003. He returned to the University in 2008 to teach in the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy, being recognized with the University’s highest teaching honor in 2014. He joined the Provost’s office in 2017 as Associate Provost for Student Success.

In 2023, he became the Dean of the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy.
