Office Location and Hours

The Admissions Office in Chase Hall, located at 184 South River Street, Wilkes Barre,  is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

The Financial Aid Office is located at 165 S. Franklin St., Wilkes Barre,  is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

The Registrar's Office is located at 165 S. Franklin St., Wilkes Barre,  is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

The Barnes and Noble Wilkes/King's Bookstore, located at 7 South Main Street, Wilkes Barre, can be visited online by clicking here



How to Register

Current Full-time Wilkes Undergraduate Students
Current full-time Wilkes undergraduate students must preregister with their advisors and submit their signed preregistration forms to the Student Services Office. Online registration is also available through the Wilkes portal, which can be accessed at http://mywilkes.wilkes.edu.

Current Part-time Wilkes Undergraduate Students
Current part-time Wilkes undergraduate students must preregister with their advisors and submit their signed preregistration forms to the Student Services Office. Online registration is also available through the Wilkes portal, which can be accessed at http://mywilkes.wilkes.edu.

Graduate Students
Graduate students should contact their program advisor for registration procedures.

Visiting Students
Visiting students who are attending Wilkes for intersession only, and who will transfer their credits to their home institution, should complete an application and submit it to the Admissions Office.  Click here for the Visiting Student Application.

Visiting students are not required to submit official college/university transcripts from their home institution, but must submit an unofficial transcript showing proof that they have taken, or are currently taking, any required pre-requisite/co-requisite course(s), if applicable. Visiting students are encouraged to seek the approval from their current institution's academic advisor to ensure that the Wilkes course will transfer appropriately. Upon completion of a Wilkes course, a student may request official transcripts be sent to their home institution.
