Pharmacy Residency TLP Teaching MentorsPharmacy Residency - Wilkes University

  • The goal of the teaching mentor component of the TLP is to provide the resident with direct access to a faculty member and expert in pharmacy education. 
     
  • Each resident will be paired with a faculty mentor. Mentors and residents will be paired following program orientation and reception to allow for introductions.   
     
  • Mentors will work with residents throught the year to:
    • Monitor the resident's progress in the Teaching & Learning Program.
    • Act as a resource as the resident develops small group and large classroom instructional materials.
    • Provide professional and personal mentoring.
